Location
Sitting steps from the sand and amid the luxurious Wailea Hotels and Resorts, this beautiful property fronts the Wailea Beach Walk, a coastal path leading to the Grand Wailea, Marriott, Four Seasons and Fairmont Resorts. The Wailea Beach Villas is the only resort in Wailea to offer private pedestrian access to the boutiques, restaurants and arts galleries at The Shops at Wailea.
The Property
Enjoy a vast tropical oasis of waterfalls and blooming gardens along quiet pathways leading to Wailea Beach. As the sun sets in the evening, lit Tiki torches and fire pits cast a magical glow throughout the resort. Enjoy the peace and serenity at our adults-only Makai lagoon pool. Families with children can frolic at the separate family-designated Mauka pool. Work out in the fitness facility and when it is time to relax, pick your spot under covered cabanas or complimentary umbrellas. Beach and Pool Attendant Services
Beach and Pool Services include complimentary use of Chaise Loungers, Beach Umbrellas and Beach Towels in a reserved area on Wailea Beach. The attendants offer iced water with lemon and sunscreen. Showers and changing rooms are available near the beachfront pool.
Makai Pool
The Makai beachfront infinity lagoon pool and heated jet spa, reserved for our adult guests, will allow you to relax in peaceful bliss. Water gently cascades over the infinity edge, with the Pacific Ocean as a backdrop, providing a relaxing pool side retreat. A sprawling lawn leads to hidden alcoves where you can enjoy private covered cabanas for two.
Mauka Pool
The Mauka family pool & heated jet spa is located conveniently at the main Penthouse Building, below the Lobby Level, adjacent to the Fitness Center. A natural lava rock waterfall is a fun feature and there is a separate 18 inch wading area for young children to enjoy.

Conference Rooms
- A small conference room is available with seating for 10 people
Use of the conference rooms are for the exclusive use and enjoyment of Wailea Beach Villa rental guests. Attendees must be registered guests in one of our vacation residences. Catering can be arranged from nearby restaurants for your breakfast or luncheon functions.
Fitness Facility
State-of-the-art fitness facility featuring free weights and plate-loaded strength training equipment, including MATRIX, and Peloton Cycles.
Parking
Complimentary self-parking is available, conveniently located near the entry to your villa rental.
Wailea beach villas – house rules
- For the peaceful enjoyment of others and in consideration of your neighbors, we ask that there is No Loud Talking or Boisterous Conduct on property at any time during your stay. Our Property “Quiet Hours” are observed between 9pm-8am.
- While talking on cell phones, please be considerate of those around you. Radios, and other sound-emitting devices are not permitted in common areas unless used with headsets.
- Smoking, including the use of e-cigarettes, is prohibited in all common areas including pools, lanais, beaches, private yards and within 50 ft of any building.
- To maintain the resort-like atmosphere, please do not hang towels or clothing from lanai railings.
- The flying of radio-controlled drones is prohibited within Wailea without a permit.
POOL RULES
There are two pools on property. Please use the poolside shower to rinse off all sand before entering either pool. Use of the recreation areas within Wailea Beach Villas is restricted to owners and registered guests only. Please note, guests may be asked to present a wristband or key card for use of property amenities.
- The Makai (beachside) Pool is an adult (18+) only pool open from 7am to 9pm daily. Inflatable items and the throwing of objects are not permitted at the Makai Pool.
- The Family Pool (located on the ground level of the Penthouse building) is open from 7am to 8pm. All children ages 14 and younger must be always accompanied by an adult (18+).
- NO GLASSWARE of any kind is permitted in or around the pools and adjacent seating areas.
- No running, diving, horseplay, climbing on or jumping off artificial rock structures is permitted in the pool.
- Please do not remove beach/pool towels from the premises, off-site towels are available at the front desk and towel drops are located throughout the property.
PARKING / ROADWAYS
- Each unit is designated one parking space; additional vehicles (on a space available basis) are required to be parked in the upper parking lot adjacent to the lobby. Currently the charging of electric vehicles and/or other electric equipment is prohibited in common areas of the property.
- If you need assistance locating or accessing your parking space, please contact the front desk. All guest vehicles must display a parking permit on the dashboard.
- Bicycles may only be ridden on the roadways. The use of skateboards, scooters, roller skates, rollerblades and hammocks are prohibited in all common areas.
FITNESS CENTER
The Fitness Center is available between the hours of 6:00 am-9:00 pm. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult (18+) while using the Fitness Center. Proper athletic attire (shirts/shoes) is required.
FAMILY LOUNGE
The Family Lounge is available between the hours of 9 am-7 pm by request through the front desk. Anyone under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult (18+) while using the Family Lounge.
SAFETY
For your safety and the security of others, please do not hold gates open for unknown people. All guests and owners should carry proper identification, including wristbands or key cards.
